Mr Skrzypczyński is a professional coach, trainer, consultant and author in the areas of leadership, organizational change, vision, strategy, team development, communication for top international corporations in Europe, Asia and North America. He is the creator of Executive Leadership program and Leadership Coaching school, director of Adventure for Thought leadership & strategy and a founder of World Wise Leadership foundation. Jim Williams
Jim Williams is an American mime, clown, actor, and writer. Jim has performed throughout the U.S. and Europe since he was 21. Jim has gained recognition in Poland through his comedy act Liquidmime, having won top awards in Poland’s most prestigious comedy festivals. Jim has made numerous television appearances in Poland, including an appearance on Mam Talent (Got Talent). In addition to his work on stage and TV, Jim also uses art and performance towards humanitarian and therapeutic efforts, cooperating with organizations dedicated to improving life for children and communities worldwide, such as the Big Apple Circus Clown Care Unit (Chicago, IL USA), Interkunst (Berlin, Germany), and his own foundation Creative Connections (Twórcze Łącza).

He is a digital visual artist. His skills and activities span across multiple disciplines of visual creation starting from graphic design through photography, astrophotography, motion design to cinematography & timelapse.

Wojciech Mroczyński
Wojciech is the Management Board Member and CPO of AmRest, one of the largest independent restaurant operators in the world with ca. 20,000 employees and 700 restaurants in 8 countries, headquartered in Wrocław, Poland. Apart from his family he has a lot of passions such as triathlon (double-finisher of Ironman), music, education, travels and languages. After years of successful business and sports career together with his wife, Anna and two children, Anna Jr (8) and Wojciech Jr (10), they took a break for one year from their regular life by going on a family sabbatical around the world. Zbigniew Maćków
Mr Maćków is renowned Polish architect whose characteristic feature is approaching each project based on a specific spatial, cultural, aesthetic and functional context. Most of his important projects were created in Wroclaw. Furthermore a lot of his projects are widely recognised, for example the revitalization of the Wroclaw department store's Renoma, which was qualified for the final in the third edition of the World Architecture Festival in the World Building of the Year category.

He is the chief specialist of Wroclaw European Capital of Culture 2016. With his PhD in Mathematics and another one in Social Sciences on it's way, he never ceases to develop. He is also actively participating in dialogue about current social problems.

Professor Wójs is a specialist in condensed matter physics, his innovative research may be an important step to construct a quantum computer. He is collaborating with specialists from Cambridge and Oxford and his works were published in Physical Review Letters - the most renowned physical journal. His passion are humanistic sciences such as psychology or philosophy.

Christian's books include "Empty Rooms Lonely Countries" and "Cover Stories", and he is currently working on his next novel. Being an American in Wroclaw, he is also a native speaker at the Wroclaw University of Technology.
